We have again received BRCGS and FSC® CoC certifications

In early 2024, we passed the BRCGS audit with distinction, earning the BRCGS Packaging certification with a grade of AA+, which is the best possible result for the standard. In addition, we again received the FSC CoC® certificate (FSC® C151779) in May.

More about the certifications

BRCGS Packaging certification is intended for companies that produce packaging or packaging materials that are used by food manufacturers or used, for example, in food retail. The standard was developed by the British Retail Consortium with the aim of creating uniform criteria for the safety and quality of packaging in the food industry.

FSC® CoC (Chain of Custody) is an international certification system for the management and traceability of forest-based raw materials. With the certification, it is possible to objectively identify the source of wood and wood-based products in responsibly managed forests. Responsibility concerns three different areas: natural and environmental values, social rights, and economically sustainable forest management.

Both BRCGS Packaging and FSC® CoC are audited annually.

Certified quality

For us at Jospak, the mentioned certifications also strongly represent our values, which is why applying for them has been important to us from the very start. In 2018, when our journey as a commercial product began, we immediately wanted to invest in the internationally recognized food safety standard BRCGS. We have had this certificate ever since (BRCGS Packaging).

Since the main raw material of our product is fiber-based material and the whole idea of our company is built on a truly more sustainable packaging solution, FSC® certification was also an important achievement for us. We received our first FSC® CoC certificate in 2019.

We are a proven responsible partner for a more sustainable packaging and food industry.
